Rosa Caraccciola embodies a delightful Jane in this nineties reimagining of the jungle story, and Rocco Siffredi delivers the finest Tarzan (or, as they refer to him, Ape man) I've ever encountered. The film is exciting, passionate and surprisingly tasteful. With a male protagonist as appealing as his female co-star, this production is a pleasure for all! The narrative is genuinely charming and humorous (consider the scene where Jane assists Tarzan with his inaugural shave and presents him with a mirror). The rapport between the actors is electric, and even those with a mild interest in films of this type should definitely see this one. Originally filmed in Italian, it features an English-language version.
